TITULIA CITY (TNC Politics) | RNC advisors reportedly said that prior to Former Pres. Julian’s (UP) departure from the RNC, he was planning on running for President again.
Former RNC Leader JP9893 (R-GOP) confirmed these talks and predicts that the impeached president will run if incumbent Pres. TJ Norton (LRP) decides not to seek re-election.
Former Pres. Julian could not be reached for comment regarding his presidential ambitions.
His former presidential campaign site, www.friendsofjulian.blogspot.com is currently a campaign site for the yet-to-be made legislature.
Mr. JP says that Julian would likely run on the Unity Party platform, which includes the Legislature proposal applauded by several citizens.
RNC Leader-elect JI981993 (R-Con) said that he predicts “a Julian-run by April”. When asked about potential running mates, JI said he was not willing to run with the feisty former President.
However, Former RNC Leader JP9893 said he is open to being Mr. Julian’s running mate.
Other speculated running mates include Former Pres. Luxis Avaram (Ind.) and Former Arts Secretary Alex Pijanowski (SDP) – who he ran with as the VP Nominee against Pres. Hock (LN) in 2009.
Julian is unlikely to run with an LRP member, but nothing is impossible at this point.
JP ended this interview by stating “Julian’s candidacy (and/or election) would definitely boost activity to pre-June 2010 levels. As he is a very controversial figure.”
