TITULIA CITY (TC) | In a shocking move, Former Pres. Julian has departed from the RNC after declining to lead the party a week ago. Mr. Julian plans on launching a new political party in the aftermath of Former RNC Leader Luxis Avaram’s ousting.
RNC Council Pres. JI981993 announced his leadership bid shortly after Mr. Julian (UP) resigned from the RNC.
