TITULIA/BREAKING: TNC Projects Wilberforce to be ahead on nomination count

sept2010election

TITULIA CITY (TNC Election HQ) | TNC News is now projecting that Will Wilberforce (SDP) will come out on top at nomination period. With two votes ahead of LRP Candidate Renee Buchanan, the new SDP Leader will be triumphant in gaining more than enough votes to get on the ballot. However, he faces an uphill battle – as all four candidates have received enough votes to enter Round 1. Mr Wilberforce will face Former Pres. Dennis McVicker, Post Editor James Inglis, and Infrastructure Secy Renee Buchanan. Unless Admin makes a decision regarding Round 1’s candidates, this is the presumed ballot.

Two founded parties – the RNC and Linardists have not made any formal endorsements or chosen candidates. However, Mr Wilberforce is the expected choice of the Linardists due to ties between the parties. But, Mr Wilberforce was also briefly in the RNC – widely seen as a leftist spy, along with Kelly Moore. It was his last party before his recent disappearance and he reappeared as de-facto SDP Leader following Former Pres. Reformer’s departure.

The RNC is not expected to endorse or put forward a candidate. However, RNC insiders say McVicker and Inglis have the best chances at winning RNC votes. LRP Candidate Buchanan was seen as too critical of the RNC – even during the Coalition period.

A TC-Daily Poll shows Inglis and McVicker tied for RNC support. However, 30% of RNC voters are undecided. The poll has a 5% margin of error.
