TITULIA CITY (TNC Newswire) | The LRP and RNC have formed a formal coalition deal with Freemarketeers Branch Pres. OwenMerry (R-FM) as the Presidential nominee and de-facto LRP Leader Reg C Ambrose (LRP) as the Vice Presidential nominee. According to RNC Leader Julian (R-Con), the formal coalition’s name is the LRP-RNC Coalition. This announcement comes at about two weeks of talks with Former LRP Leader Leah Carmody (LRP) and Outgoing RNC Ldr Julian. Polls show support for this coalition deal, however the polls did not indicate the ticket. Exactly one year ago, Mr. OwenMerry ran for President against RNC-Linardist Nominee Teacher (R). If the LRP-RNC Coalition is successful, it could end about a year of LN-SDP influence in government. The LRP-RNC Coalition may find success in the recent decrease of support for the Codex legislature proposal.
Former Pres. Julian (R), the first president to be impeached – has (unofficially) endorsed Mr OwenMerry after his preferred candidate, RNC Chairman JI981993 (R-Con) dropped out to run for RNC Leader. However, the former president may not campaign for Mr. Owen as it is just three weeks since he resigned due to an impeachment. Mr Julian’s final role as RNC Leader may have been as a negotiator to the LRP in order to gain a coalition deal – which he has just achieved. Julian is expected to step down as RNC Leader as soon as his successor is chosen. His handpicked choice to succeed him, RNC Chairman JI981993 (R-Con) may face a challenge from the more public-positive GOP Branch Pres. (and former RNC Leader) JP9893. JP led the party after Julian stepped down in September and led it until defeat by Julian in December. Mr JP has not done a good job as GOP Branch President. He only has one other member in his branch besides him – which is a major 90% drop from three months ago. He is only more popular due to his nonpartisan role at the Titulia Post as Editor in Chief. Mr. JI was considered the de-facto RNC Leader during President Julian’s tenure.
