TITULIA/President pushes for Newsstand Reform

TITULIA CITY (TNC) | President Julian (R) has introduced a prop that would permanently effect The Titulia Newsstand. The new proposals include:

- that any paper listed on the Titulia Newsstand be required to be active by posting at least twice a week
- that any paper listed on the Newsstand be permitted to purchase advertisement space and preview space
- that any paper listed on the Newsstand must have a company listing that redirects back to Titulia
