TITULIA CITY (TNC) | At the beginning of the election, LRP Candidate Tom Norton (I) was ahead of RNC-SDP Candidate Julian (R) by 4-5 votes. However, by 4:30 PM US-EDT the election had turned into a tie with each candidate earning 9 votes. The latest TNC Poll shows Julian (R) with 64% Support (9 out of 14 correspondents) and TJ Norton (I) with 35% support (5 out of 14 correspondents). We will continue to watch this and we will not make a declaration until Thursday or when we are certain who will be the winner.
