TITULIA CITY (TC-Daily) | Tonight at 8 PM US-EDT will be the unveiling of the RNC’s Manifesto for 2010. RNC Leader Julian (R-Con) is slated to present the manifesto. The press and other Titulians are allowed to attend, however the RNC Leadership will not permit any questions. However, Mr. Julian will take questions tomorrow night at his coalition conference also at RNC Plaza at 10 PM US-EDT.
