TITULIA/RNC-Linardist coalition talks set to continue through at least tomorrow, says RNC

TITULIA CITY (TNC) | Republican and Linardist leaders are set to continue meeting on forging a coalition deal. Any coalition deal would likely have a Republican nominee for President – backed by Linardists – since it is the Republicans who began looking for a coalition. On Saturday, it was announced that the Liberal Republicans, a former RNC splinter group has rejected the RNC’s coalition offer. According to the RNC Leadership Office in a statement to TNC, the rejection was “overwhelming against such a coalition. The Liberal Republicans voted in majority against the RNC offer, so we have discontinued talks with them. They seem to mention that an alliance with President Money was to blame for the rejection of the coalition. However, the RNC never explicitly stated we were pro- or anti- President Money. I wish them all the luck and that is all the leadership is telling TNC at the moment”.

LIKELY CANDIDATES

Current RNC Leader and Press Secretary Julian (R-Con) has hinted that he will run. From a refurbished campaign site to growing Pro-Legislature stances, it may be Mr. Julian that gets the nod.

He is also the most active Republican in the party at the moment. Meanwhile, the RNC Daily has reported that Party Council President Pro-Tempore JI981993 (R-FM) was selected as the party leader should there be a legislative election. The RNC has been pushing for a parliament, but recent developments such as the rejection of 3 RNC Pro-Parliament ads by the Party leaders have put some speculation.

The RNC Leadership Office also confirmed that there would be a statement tomorrow concerning the coalition. This could mean that a deal was finally decided on or rejected on earlier than the Friday deadline.
