TITULIA-ELECTION/Atty Gen begins investigation into voter intimidation

TITULIA CITY (TNCweb) | Attorney Gen William Tvarivich (LN) has announced he is beginning a formal investigation into the possible voting intimidation. This comes out of accusations that Liberal Republican candidate Lea Carmody (LR) used clone accounts to gain votes. The following below is his statement on the matter:

From the Office of the Attorney General

I, William Tvarivich, Attorney General of Titulia, wish to announce that I am engaging a direct investigation into the allegations of voter intimidation within the Republic of Titulia.  Should any examples of such intimidation be found to be occurring, I shall do all within my power to deal with swiftly and surely.  There is no room for such tactics within the Republic.
Those who have been intimidated have a right to present their evidence in private, and I assure each and every citizen of the Republic that their communiques with my office in regards to this investigation will receive the highest level of classification.  I will not release any information from statements regarding this matter without first consulting the party (or parties) who come forth with information regarding this matter.
For any state to claim democratic status elections must be free and fair - this is a basic principle.  Free for the people to participate.  Free for the people to vote their true conscious.  Fair in that it allows the citizens to pick their candidate without fear of repercussion or recourse.  Let me repeat:voter intimidation has no place within Titulia.
I find it unfortunate that I must close with the following, but I shall deal with any within the Republic who believe, wrongly, that I was somehow intimidated regarding my vote during this election.  This is untrue to the highest degree.  I voted of my own conscience, and I will continue to do so - regardless of the consequences.  I will not be bullied to neglect choosing the path I believe to be best for our Republic.
Nor shall I rest until this matter is resolved fully.  I urge, vehemently, any citizen who has been victim of this abhorrence to come forward.  You will have the protection of the Department to ensure that Justice is indeed carried out.
