WASHINGTON D.C.,USA | The Senate Finance Committee passed a healthcare bill that is yet to be merged with 4 other proposals.This bill currently does not have a public option for healthcare. Only one Republican, Maine’s Olympia Snowe voted for the bill. She is considered a Liberal Republican and votes with Democrats often. The Senate bill has to be merged with the House’s bill and another vote will be held soon.
